WARNING TO SNOWMOBILERS RIDING IN WASHINGTON COUNTY

THE ONLY LEGAL CROSSINGS OF CANADIAN PACIFIC RAIL TRACKS ARE THOSE LOCATED AT NEW SWAMP RD AND BALDWIN CORNERS RD. USING ALL OTHER TRACK CROSSINGS IS ILLEGAL, AS IS RIDING ALONG ANY CP RAIL TRACKAGE.

ALL SNOWMOBILERS NEED TO FOLLOW SIGNAGE DIRECTING SNOWMOBILE TRAFFIC WHEN USING CORRIDOR 4B (NEW SWAMP RD CROSSING) AND CORRIDOR 4 (BALDWIN CORNERS RD CROSSING).

CP RAIL POLICE WILL BE ISSUING TICKETS TO ANY SNOWMOBILER CROSSING AT PREVIOUSLY USED AGRICULTURAL CROSSINGS OR RIDING ALONGSIDE CP RAIL TRACKS.

THESE CHANGES ARE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND MAKE THE CURRENT COUNTY TRAIL MAP INACCURATE.

FOLLOW THE SIGNS;
DO NOT CROSS THE TRACKS WHERE YOU HAVE IN PREVIOUS YEARS.

General Obligations Law

The General Obligation Law is one of the most important tools snowmobile clubs can use when talking to their landowners about opening up lands to snowmobile use. This law offers liability protection to a landowner. Every landowner on your club's trail system needs to have a copy of this.

Gas Tax Refund Form

To apply for Gas Tax refund print this gas tax form, complete it and send to the state tax dept. It is to be used in gas stations, and requires snowmobiler signature.
